Returns Policy

  1. You, as the buyer are entitled to a refund if the goods purchased;
    Are defective or faulty and Williams Race Services is unable to offer a suitable replacement.

  2. On delivery of the goods it is you, the buyer’s responsibility to inspect your order. You must notify us no later than three (3) working days from the delivery date if one of the following applies;
    Quantity varying from your order and invoice.
    Goods are defective or faulty.

  3. In order for Williams Race Services to fully accept the return or exchange, the goods must;
    Not have been used.
    Be in original packaging.
    Include the original purchase receipt
    Be received by Williams Race Services within 30 days of invoice date

  4. Please make your decision to purchase carefully. Williams Race Services will not offer a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind, or the product is not what you expected.

  5. Special orders are exempt, and are unable to be refunded or exchanged.

  6. We are happy to exchange for a different size if the size you have ordered is incorrect. It is required that you send the item back at your cost along with your contact details, and a freight charge is chargeable for the item to be returned to you.

  7. Freight costs for all items returned will be at buyers expense

  8. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged if a refund is required, unless points 1 or 2 are applicable
